Meet the Stretch Team

Brandon Landaverde – Area Director of Stretch
My name is Brandon Landaverde, but you can call me Lando. As a Medical Massage Therapist with a nationally accredited Stretching Certification as well as an undergrad in Psychology, I have come to understand that movement is medicine. My goal is to display the positive effects of stretching throughout the entire body and how it improves your quality of life. I strive to become well-rounded in soft tissue manipulation to provide the best possible service in achieving your client specific goals utilizing evidence based practices. Whether it be turning back the clock, post operation, preventative injury, or looking to increase your range of motion, I look forward to seeing you on the table!

Drew Cadell – Assistant Stretch Director
Hi there! My name is Drew, I’ve been helping people develop into the strongest version of themselves for almost a decade now and that path has naturally led me to assisted stretching. The common factor whether someone is 18 or 90 years old, works with their hands or at a desk, or is an athlete or a beginner, is that we don’t stretch enough. Over time, this neglect of flexibility begins to show up as aches and pains, inflammation, and muscle imbalances – further exacerbating the problem.
My goal through assisted stretching is to help you alleviate pain and take greater control over your movement, so that you can play with your kids, improve your sports performance, or just generally feel good in everyday life! Interested? Set up a demo stretch with me today to see how assisted stretching can benefit you.
