Massage time!
I threw my back out and Shannon was a life saver. She is fantastic! Tentative, caring, and the rooms ambiance is perfect. As a busy mom I am so grateful for a gym who offers this service where I am able to come get a massage while my kids play in the daycare area.
Shannon is also a personal trainer at the gym and I can tell you she is equally amazing as a trainer. She truly cares for her clients and their growth.

Worth every penny. Pool is wonderful. Facilities are clean. Steam-room, sauna and hot tub are NOT co-ed, as it should be. And when the equipment goes down the staff is very good about fixing as fast as they can. Much appreciated!
Our son is in the swim program and has bonded with Jackson. We almost feel like we have to invite him to our son's birthdays. All the swim instructors are great with kids and we highly recommend parkway athletic.
Parkway is my favorite club in Reno hands down!! The Staff are very friendly and the downtown location next to Saint Mary's is my go to! The equipment is up to date and well maintained and training staff and instructors are the best!!
We've had such a great experience with the swimming classes at Parkway St. Mary's. We truly like all of the instructors -- they are patient, professional, and great with the kids.
We especially love Reese! She makes the classes fun and fast-paced while still helping the kids improve so much. She really brings out the best in them and keeps them excited to learn. We've seen wonderful progress and couldn't be happier!

Have to say that if you desire a happy welcoming staff, clean and maintained equipment, as well as a variety of exercise classes included in your membership - this IS the place for you to join. The (extra $) one-on-one personal training is phenomenal and the Stretch NV access offered on site is excellent for anyone wanting to achieve and/or maintain their fitness goals.
Parkway is amazing. It's clean, the people and staff are friendly and the daycare center has been life changing.
Love this gym! I rejoined after 10 years upon returning to Reno. There are so many classes! Water aerobics the very best.
