All I can say is that since I started working out at parkway athletic club in Carson City I’m a new person more energy, my body feels great and special thanks to my wonderful trainer Gabi Pisani she is amazing and really cares about her clients . I signed up for personal training to strengthen my core for back pain as well as work on balance for fall prevention. Additionally I needed resistance strengthening ‘cuz I’m getting up there in years and read how beneficial it is for bone health.
The personal trainers there are great!
They are very knowledgeable about what YOU need to accomplish your goals and beyond. They know endless ways to get the most out of your workouts, be it what equipment to use or different types of exercises.
They’re very encouraging, as well. The staff overall have a wonderful energy…. They’re always positive and obviously enjoy working there.
I always look forward to my sessions with my trainer!

I’ve enjoyed going to park place,best gym I’ve ever been to. They have a great set up all the machines you could need . The best thing I did was get Gabe as personal Trainer , she is a credited. Helps with guidance on what to do and not to do. Thanks park place and thanks Gabe
Great gym! They have lots of equipment and it’s clean. Everyone is nice and professional. They have personal trainers that are great they will help you reach your goals. Gabe is my personal trainer, she is personable and tailors our sessions for my needs. She is knowledgeable and shows me exactly how to do things and how to use equipment so that I don’t injure myself. If your looking for a friendly clean gym checkout parkway I love it!
The Parkway Athletic club is an amazing gym with an incredibly talented team of trainers. I’ve been lucky enough to live all over the country and I can honestly say I’ve never worked with a better group of trainers. They are smart and experienced. They listen to learn so they can create specific structured workouts to match their clients needs. And they are just down to earth people who all get along. This type of dynamic creates an inviting culture, one where people truly look forward to going to the gym. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

One thing that really stands out is how rarely I have to wait for equipment. Even during busier times, things move efficiently, and members are often willing to let you work in, which creates a respectful and cooperative environment.

The gym is clean and has lots of new great equipment! My personal trainer Bridget LaRocca is the absolute best! She is patient, kind, fun, funny, etc! She has taught me so much about how to have a healthy lifestyle that works with my busy schedule!

Saturday, May 23 — 6AM–4PM
Sunday, May 24 — 6AM–4PM
Monday, May 25 — 8AM–4PM
Keycard members can access the facility outside of staffed hours on Monday after 4PM.
