Being an athlete my whole life, I have always been passionate about being active, getting stronger, and pushing myself and others to reach specific goals. I’m here to guide others to achieve their goals by providing accurate and scientific knowledge. Now let’s get out there and blow past your health and fitness goals!

Alex Wilson | Assistant Training Director
When I was 15, I was overweight and needed a change. I started eating better and getting on the treadmill every day. Not because anyone told me to, I just knew I needed to. After about 6 months I started my Jiu Jitsu journey. Shortly after I got into MMA and Kali, and fell in love with combat sports. I went from 200lbs+ down to 145lbs. After a few competitions, I got up to 185lbs through strength and conditioning. I started getting more into fitness and wanted to help people like me get ready for competitions. I went out and got my NASM certification and stay on top of the current latest fitness changes so that I can pass on that knowledge to my clients and give them the best outcomes possible. I have been enjoying training my clients and helping them achieve their goals ever since. Are you ready for me to help you achieve your goals?

My philosophy is that movement is an integral part of life, and I hope to instill a lifelong habit of exercise and movement. I have worked extensively with the senior population, focusing on improving and maintaining physical independence, functional movement, and strength. Chris Cenizal | Certified Personal Trainer
From an early age, I developed a passion for fitness and sports, starting with football in Pop Warner and expanding to baseball and basketball. These experiences taught me discipline, teamwork, and the value of staying active. Over the years, I’ve shared my love of sports and fitness by coaching Little League for several seasons and volunteering with the Sports Buddies program through Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Today, I stay fit by playing basketball and chasing after my little one, proving that fitness can be both a lifestyle and a family affair.

I design personalized training programs tailored to each client’s unique needs, fitness level, and goals. I believe in bringing organic movement into an individual’s life, adding to vitality and empowerment. The gym is an amazing opportunity to develop positive self-talk, feel capable in your body and grow to be the biggest, baddest version of yourself.

Grace Fargen | Certified Personal Trainer
Hello! I’m Grace, My passion lies in health, fitness, and assisting individuals in becoming the best versions of themselves—physically and mentally. My fitness journey began at the age of 11 with CrossFit (which I must admit, I initially disliked!). However, it didn’t take long for me to discover the joy that physical activity brought me, and I’ve never looked back since. After several years of CrossFit, I decided to pivot towards Olympic Weightlifting, even competing in a few events.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Reno. Throughout my studies, I engaged in courses such as Exercise Prescription for Chronic Illnesses, Exercise Physiology, and Motion Analysis, which provided me with a solid foundation to be an effective trainer. I am also deeply enthusiastic about nutrition, believing that nourishing both body and mind with the right foods is equally as vital as movement.
When I’m not training clients or working at the PT clinic, you’ll likely find me enjoying the outdoors—camping, paddle boarding, snowboarding—or out on the dance floor, line dancing! I cherish spending time with my friends and family.
I can’t wait to meet you and support you on your journey to becoming your strongest and healthiest self!
