Brandon Landaverde – Area Director
My name is Brandon Landaverde, but you can call me Lando. As a Medical Massage Therapist with a nationally accredited Stretching Certification as well as an undergrad in Psychology, I have come to understand that movement is medicine. My goal is to display the positive effects of stretching throughout the entire body and how it improves your quality of life. I strive to become well-rounded in soft tissue manipulation to provide the best possible service in achieving your client specific goals utilizing evidence based practices. Whether it be turning back the clock, post operation, preventative injury, or looking to increase your range of motion, I look forward to seeing you on the table!

Katie Rowan – Stretch Technician
Hi! I’m Katie. I have spent most of my life stretching regularly as I dedicated most of my young life studying dance! This led to my earning my bachelor’s degree in Dance Performance with a strong emphasis on somatic movement and anatomical structure. This coupled with my many years of coaching competitive dancers in stretching techniques, has cultivated my passion for helping people! Whether your goal is to prevent injury, enhance athletic performance, or simply to relieve tension in your body, I am here to help you facilitate body-awareness and improve your flexibility. I intend to provide you with a stretch that brings you closer to your desired way of being in your body!

Julia Kulmanovsky – Stretch Technician
Hello, my name is Julia! I worked as a licensed massage therapist for over 10 years, specializing in sports massage and trigger point therapy. My passion for bodywork also led me to get my yoga instructor certification. The benefits that come with a consistent stretch routine are truly undeniable. Movement is therapeutic and crucial for maintaining a healthy body throughout a lifetime.
