I’ve been going to this gym for years and I love it. They have everything I need, and there’s enough equipment that I never have to wait. The facilities are clean, and the staff is very friendly.
I especially enjoy the group fitness classes—yoga in particular—and the instructors really know what they’re doing. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, and many members are friendly and happy to chat or help out if you ask.

I’ve been to three different gyms in the last year, and this is by far the best one in the Reno–Tahoe area. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and willing to help. The gym itself is kept super clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and the whole space just feels good to be in. I actually look forward to coming here, I highly recommend!

It’s a good environment with a lot of things to use, this worker Dominic, always cleans and does it well.
Anthony & Sam were terrific. The treadmills have Netflix and AC built in, its so nice.
I have called in a few times and have walked in inquiring about a membership, types of classes, and information on personal training. Meagan was very knowledgeable, very bright, welcoming, and very polite. She will be the reason I get a membership. I would like to add parts of the gym needed to be cleaned better, I would suggest your janitor do a better job.
