Loving this gym! Feeling no judgement from anyone and everyone keeps to themselves. The only thing I wish they could change is the daycare hours especially for summer vacation. I'm fairly new to Reno and moved here in November of 2025 so have no friends or family here to watch my kids if need be. My morning workouts fit my schedule perfect because I drop off both kids at school in the morning and head straight to the gym! My only worry is that during the summer or school vacation times I won't be able to go in the mornings like I like to get my days started.

Avery at the front desk is absolutely amazing! From day one, Avery has been friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They always greet you with a smile, remember faces, and are quick to help with anything you need. Avery truly makes coming to the gym a positive experience and sets the tone for a great workout. This gym rocks. Excellent and friendly staff. PT are on site. Good new and wide selection of equipment for all workouts. E was so helpful getting me an affordable plan and it came with free class. Thank you E!!!
I've been going at this gym for over a decade because it's convenient location. Fortunately, they haven't raise the rates since I'm grandfathered in. The facility has ample space and plenty of weights and new machines. The staff is friendly and welcoming especially, Addison, Cassandra, and Anahi who greet me with a smile. 🙂 I wish they were open 24hrs on the weekend. Other gym members I spoke with agree and some former members left because of it. Overall great experience!
