When doing your starfish, you have to make sure you relax your body, stick your stomach up to the ceiling and keep your head back. Go ahead and give it a try!

“Hi! My name is Christine, and I am currently a student at the University of Nevada, Reno, where I am studying public health on a Pre-PA track. I am from Las Vegas (originally Canada), and was a club swimmer for 11 years. I have been lifeguarding and teaching swim lessons for 2 years now and absolutely love it! I love teaching group and private lessons, and being able to have an impact on people’s lives with swimming. Parkway is an amazing place to work, with great coworkers!“
